Refund policy
Refund Eligibility
Customers who place their first order with Oliebio are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, your purchase must be:
- Your initial order with Oliebio
- Requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Purchased directly from Oliebio.co (not through third-party sellers)
For orders containing multiple items, we will process a refund for one product only.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund, you may:

- Email our team at returns@oliebio.co
Once your request is reviewed and approved, there is no need to return the product to us. You may keep, share, or dispose of it as you wish.
Refund Amount
Your refund will be calculated as follows:
- Product cost:Full product price refunded
- Processing fee: $5.00 deducted to cover administrative costs

Shipping charges: Original shipping fees are not refundable
Example: If you paid $35 for a product plus $6 shipping, your refund would be $30 ($35 product price minus $5 processing fee).
Processing Timeline
After we approve your refund:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notification, please reach out to us at returns@oliebio.co.
Payment Method Requirements
Refunds must be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If that payment method is no longer active or accessible, we will be unable to process your refund. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to prepaid debit cards.
If you used store credit, rewards points, or promotional discounts during checkout, only the cash portion of your payment is eligible for refund. Promotional credits and rewards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting returns@oliebio.co. Include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge. You do not need to return damaged or defective items.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
The following cannot be refunded:
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Complimentary or promotional items included with your order
- Orders purchased from Amazon or other third-party retailers
- Replacement products (except when damaged during shipping)
For third-party purchases, please contact the seller directly for their return procedures.
Product Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like to try a different product, please submit a refund request for your original purchase and place a new order separately.
Subscription Orders
This refund policy covers one-time purchases and the initial delivery of subscription orders. Recurring subscription shipments after your first delivery are not eligible for refunds. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing returns@oliebio.co, which will prevent future charges and shipments.
